Stormview Ridge is a large, very nice manor built on the top of a cliff overlooking the ocean. It has multiple acreages, a small garden, a family pond, and a small forest runs behind it. It was built as a family home and reflects that in it’s warmth and many decorational bits. The upper levels are mostly rooms focused on magical training, though it’s nothing compared to the mountain cottage where Morrigan witches go to train.

The Prowze family is never one for subtle looks. They strive for breathtaking and awe when others visit. The Prowze Manor is kept exceptionally clean at all times and has paintings in every room done by one of the Prowze's themself. A large garden maze lay behind the house and ends just a few steps away from a large lake on the east side of Skia. And sits about forty minutes or so out from the heart of Nevermere.

The keep has been in the Bashar family for many generations, and the area is known for its presence of Bashar, so much that the lake was named after them. The estate is surrounded by smaller estates, inhibited by like-minded families.

This recently purchased estate is a place for the Bashar to rest when they have business in the city and can't travel all the way to Lakeview Keep.

A catch all board for the posting of characters who are traveling outside of Skia but still within Nevermere. There are some other small towns, mostly farming communities, and some military outposts.
