The ELLIS Family
FAMILY VALUES
The Ellis family values peace above everything else. They were a characteristically selfless, kind family that sought to care for the poor and needy. Though there was still a class divide between the common and not, the division was less about noble superiority and more about noble wealth and how that wealth could be channeled to care for the less fortunate. No Ellis king has ever craved power; they have all been marked by patience, calm, and a benevolence seldom found in men. HEADSHIP
The oldest male is the head in the Ellis family. There are currently no known living males, and the family itself is splintered, thus there is no headship.UPBRINGING
The Ellis children were raised to respect their father, adore their mother, love their kingdom, and do good to maintain peace. Beyond that, every freedom was theirs. The world was their oyster. If they wanted a pony, they got a pony. If they wanted to be a soldier, they got to be a soldier--well, not women, of course. As long as the children remained in the proper confines of their sex, all was well. When they didn't, father would turn a disappointed frown onto the child...and that was about it. MATURITY
Ellis women were considered mature and able to be betrothed and wed at the ripe young age of 16. The men, however, were not granted the same liberties until 18.MARRIAGE
Those of the Ellis family always, always married for love. Part of keeping the peace meant living a happy life, and no father or mother sought to push their children into something they didn't want. Promiscuity and such behavior was not allowed by any stretch of the imagination, but a marriage full of romance was encouraged almost as much as being peaceful. ROLES
Currently none.OCCUPATION
The Ellis family was the royal family in Nevermere for five generations. They were unseated by Julius III of Lorendale.CITIZEN STATUS
All Ellis children were formerly royalty, specifically princes and princesses. LAND & WEALTH

HISTORY
Urion first married Riassa and from their union came five daughters. Riassa died in childbirth with her fifth, and some years later Urion took his most accomplished witch, Sarilla Morgan, to be his wife. She bore him her inheritor. King Urion was a fair, peaceful leader. He was also kind. He welcomed Prince Julius Rainecourt III of Lorendale into his kingdom with open arms, quickly learning to trust the man. Julius eventually decided to take Urion's kingdom for himself. He killed the king, attempted to take his firstborn daughter as his wife (she refused and was put to death), then married his second born. He had the other sisters banished from the kingdom, and allowed Urion II to be whisked away.
It is likely that all the princesses except one either ended up in Cambria, Coheed, or Lorendale. (Please DM me on discord to plot this out)
OTHER
If you want to take an open princess you must choose an FC with dark brown hair and blue eyes, preferably one who resembles one of the parents.[/blockquote]
