[ For Zarha Sliva ]
There were times when more oversight was needed. Some soldiers had the potential to be very strong and very smart, but they often needed a little push in the right direction. They rarely liked it when Warren was the one giving them that push. They might've preferred one of the other Liuetenants, or even the Captain Commander, but not Warren. Anyone but Warren. He didn't much care what they wanted, or whether or not he liked them. He got results. Good results. By being just a little harder on them than they would like. No, he didn't make any friends that way, but like it wasn't a fathers job to be his sons friend, it wasn't Warren's job to befriend each and every soldier. It was better that way.
A few soldiers in particular had caught his attention recently, and he'd been making an effort to be more present for them. Stormcrest certainly didn't care for that, but Berengar wasn't his target today. As he stomped down the halls of the military wing of the palace, he entered the mess hall and watched as the whole place froze. He might have rolled his eyes if he weren't looking for someone. When his eyes caught sight of the young woman, he moved from table to table until he reached her, pausing in place to her left. He scanned the plate of food in front of her and found it to be mostly empty. "Ms. Sliva, you'll be with me today. We'll be taking care of an issue in Skia. Come along."
Zarha Sliva had two main issues up to date: one, she didn't work well in teams and two, she just didn't listen very well. He'd already assigned plenty of group work to her, and she had promised to make an effort to work on it. So today was going to be about listening. He said nothing more, expecting her to follow him immediately, and began walking toward the exit of the mess hall.
