The peace that formerly reigned in Terra Nova has eroded, now little more than a memory. War ravages the continent. Disputes divide kingdoms; ideals divide families. The quest for power consumes absolutely and indiscriminately. None are immune to its allure.
Who will rise and who will fall? Only time—and ambition—will tell.

This kingdom has moved from distant side dish to a dramatic main course in the world of Terra Nova. A big shout out to members Heather, Nix, and Darkest whose high activity has helped lead it through a renaissance into a new era!

Rosamere blushed at the action, cheeks barely pink, even as she gestured to bookshelves, virtually a private library despite having moved her research books out to her cottage. "Because I would much rather be surrounded by books and potions and research. Besides, I was never the center of attention growing up with everyone being older and too busy for anyone to want to be stuck with the youngest, so books it was. Well, other than Conall, at least."

“Well maybe it’s about time you stepped into the limelight,” Magda smiled, resting her hand on top of Rosamere’s. “I’d be more than happy to help. While I’m no scholar like you, I’m certainly no stranger to courtier games. And besides…” Magda looked into Rosamere’s eyes, imparting whatever meaning she could, “I am forever in your debt. And I do not intend to take that for granted.”

"I appreciate it, thank you. Because I don't really know what to do in that arena." Because Elli was military and Cal was their coven leader and Zuri ran her favorite potions shop. They weren't specifically involved in the more social aspects that she was about to be thrust into and she knew that it would be very different for her in the court as a woman than it would be for Conall or Fabian. She turned her hand over and gave Magda's a slight squeeze as she gave her a grateful smile. "Really, thank you."
Rosamere blinked, not having expected that in the slightest. She hadn't done anything, well not directly anyway, but she knew that if somehow it ever came to light he would try to keep her out of it if he could. So she wasn't exactly worried about that but she didn't think that Magda would consider herself to be in debt to her, to little potions-nerd Rosamere. "I- I don't consider it that you owe me a debt. Like I said, I would have done what I could to help even if I hadn't known you." She was caught wrong-footed by the thought and definitely looked flustered.

“Well, that doesn’t change the way I feel…” Magda smiled. Slowly but without hesitation, she placed a soft kiss on Rosamere’s lips. She pulled away, and without comment, squeezed Rosamere’s hand and stood. “As I said,” Magda continued as if nothing out of the ordinary had just happened, “I am at your disposal, should you ever require a guiding hand.” She started to exit Rosamere’s room, looking back once with a mischievous flame burning in her eyes.
“I’m glad you’re well, dear one,” the term would harken back to the moonlight passion they’d shared after the masquerade. Magda would hear any parting words before turning and leaving Rosamere’s room - shutting the door behind her.

Rosamere didn't really say much, a little caught off guard by the kiss but not rejecting it either. She felt herself blush at the nickname, definitely remembering moments from that masquerade night.
"I- I'll remember that." The way it was said, between the blush and the softer tone, definitely implied it was more than just Magda's offer to help her at court that she was referring to. However, she didn't stop the other woman when she left but instead waited until she didn't hear any footsteps before pressing her face into her pillow to cool the heat on her face.
