The peace that formerly reigned in Terra Nova has eroded, now little more than a memory. War ravages the continent. Disputes divide kingdoms; ideals divide families. The quest for power consumes absolutely and indiscriminately. None are immune to its allure.
Who will rise and who will fall? Only time—and ambition—will tell.

5 whole years of Heir Apparent goodness! When I started the site, I knew I was hunkering down for the long haul, but I never could have predicted the numerous twists and turns this roleplay site has seen. Hundreds of plots, characters, and members have come and gone, all leaving marks on the site. I am so very thankful for those who have invested. Because you keep coming back, keep getting on, and keep writing, Heir Apparent has the legacy it does today. Three cheers to us!

Rhedara nodded her head, “My land lady is getting a mouse problem in her house. Maybe I can use some of those…” the trick would be catching the mice, but she supposed a mouse could be cursed as well as anybody else.
Vesper’s offer sent a little thrill though Rhedara. Since she’d been kicked out of the military, most of any additional training in her magic were done solo. But that someone like Vesper would be interested to see the results of her patio craft, the magic she took the most pride in?

Vesper nodded as the woman accepted her offer and though she didn't quite smile there was a new light that shone in her eyes, expressing she was quite pleased by her answer. "Wonderful, just say when and I'll be there."
They continued to gather ingredients together for a bit longer and conversation seemed to flow more and more naturally as they did so. Perhaps a potion buddy would be kind of nice to have. The Goddesses knew that Vesper could use a friend even if she didn't want to admit it.
