The peace that formerly reigned in Terra Nova has eroded, now little more than a memory. War ravages the continent. Disputes divide kingdoms; ideals divide families. The quest for power consumes absolutely and indiscriminately. None are immune to its allure.
Who will rise and who will fall? Only time—and ambition—will tell.

5 whole years of Heir Apparent goodness! When I started the site, I knew I was hunkering down for the long haul, but I never could have predicted the numerous twists and turns this roleplay site has seen. Hundreds of plots, characters, and members have come and gone, all leaving marks on the site. I am so very thankful for those who have invested. Because you keep coming back, keep getting on, and keep writing, Heir Apparent has the legacy it does today. Three cheers to us!

Vesper's interest was instantly peaked. She had never had personal dealings in the gifted conflicts, the only one she had ever met was Othello and that had been short lived. A small hint of a smile lifted her lips at Alys' question.
"You had me at curses," she said, fully committed to helping in this in whatever way she could. "What would you need from me?" she asked. "And do you need just any gifted or a specific one?" She wasn't sure why a gifted would be needed unless there was something in their blood that the curse could link to that would recognize any gifted if they tried to cross the border. But again, she didn't know enough about them to know if that was even the case.
Alys’ eyes lit from within, a smiling gaining on her lips when Vesper said she was in. Perfect. “I’m still working out the logistics, and unless you know a way to get your hands on an Eldouir, I’d assume any gifted will have to do.” She then turned her body towards Vesper. “So this was my thoughts…” m
And she’d lay out her plans. Slowly relaxing at the witches side as they brainstormed together, and made promises on working on this together.
