The peace that formerly reigned in Terra Nova has eroded, now little more than a memory. War ravages the continent. Disputes divide kingdoms; ideals divide families. The quest for power consumes absolutely and indiscriminately. None are immune to its allure.
Who will rise and who will fall? Only time—and ambition—will tell.

To say Sina wasn't nervous would be a lie. She has been wearing this collar for a while and in a way she was getting used to the weight off it. It was still uncomfortable, However, she was excited because it means she was in a way healing, improving herself. They wasn't just removing the collar in the physical sense, also the mental one that she placed upon herself. She is telling herself if she can do this then she can be useful, she is able to do things by her self. Of course she isn't perfect and she is still learning, but slowly improving.
She agreed to meet Tybalt in a quiet part of Lorendale away from the palace and viewing eyes. She brought some stuff for her neck as she knew it been itching under the collar. she also brought a little book to help to keep her focus well she wait. Knowing that she have to keep her emotions in check and be calmed and composed when the collar finally come off. She was indeed nervous waiting by herself with the eldouirs in Lorendale but there wasn't much she can do.
Arynnite armor: The armor have two states: active and inactive. When inactive, they look like little more than ornate metal bracers, easily ignored. When triggered, the armor covers Tybalt and serves as an exoskeleton. It will protect its wearer from physical damage and is practically indestructible.
The armor has a certain "preprogrammed" purpose which is to protect its host. To do so, it reacts to heightened emotional states such as fear and anger, at which point the armor will trigger regardless of whether or not Tybalt wants it to or even if he's immediately aware of the threat. It has some degree of awareness and sentience although very basic and one which struggles to differentiate between enemies and friends. Whilst not actually in possession of a will, the armor can guide or direct its host in a specific action, much like a reflex.
The armor needs to be "fed" as Tybalt has discovered meaning that he must hold and absorb through touch certain metals such as steel, copper, iron and tin, a process which takes a few minutes. Without which, the armor will begin to weaken and become less effective until no longer able to manifest.
Perhaps its greatest weakness is that if being consistently bashed or beaten, it would begin to repair itself by using parts of the armor from elsewhere. For instance, if the wearer is being consistently hit in the chest, the armor will begin to pool away from other parts of their body such as the feet and hands, leaving them vulnerable.

The commander didn't want to be seen. It wasn't the population that he feared so much as Hiram Eldouir, and those who followed him. He didn't know how close of an eye they were keeping on him, if they were at all. He could hope that arrogance would cause the family to see him as an irrelevance with a title, and make them far less inclined to bother about what he might, or might not be up to. All the same, it was behind a cloak, and hood that Tybalt Zane concealed his traits.
He would find Ikisina easily enough, but would hold off from approaching immediately. Instead he listened. He trusted his sensitive ears to try, and pick up on anyone else who might be nearby. There were a few, but the Hiems cold was enough to dissuade many.
Content that the situation was as safe as it was ever going to get, Tybalt would approach. Beneath his cloak was his sword, and his bracers he never took off. If they needed it, he could fight back. That wasn't all he had with him. Hidden, just out of sight, was the device for removing collars. He'd taken it from the palace, and intended to use it. "Miss Navarro." Tybalt spoke plainly to draw her attention towards him.

She was reading a book, she was wrapped up and keeping her mind occupied well waiting. As she heard Tybalt's voice she looked up towards him. She placed a faint smile on her face as she gave a small curtsy. "Commander Zane. Lovely to see you." Her voice wassoft hoping that if anybody was around would think it was just normal. She looked around trying to sense if there's truly alone. She would of course follow Tybalt's lead in this, as a she doesn't know what to expect and second of all there was things that at stake that are not easy.

Tybalt envied Ikisina's ability to be able to speak so naturally, so openly at a time like this. He couldn't remember the last time that anyone had said something as mundane to him as "lovely to see you". True, this would be a good day for her, and perhaps that would allow her to forget about just what lurked within the walls of the palace they found themselves in the shadow of. The commander did his best to answer her in the same tone. "Yes. You too."
It was to her collar that his attention fell. "I suppose you can't wait to get that thing off." The commander noted, aware that had he been in her situation, it would have been the only thing on his mind at the moment.

Ikisina hasn't forgotten about who is in Lorendale, even when her collar is being taken off, she is gifted, and being here with the most powerful gifted family currently creating havoc in their homes, she was indeed worried. However, she also knows that if she is allowed her emotions to take over, it will cloud her judgement. She smiled when Tybalt replied.
When he asked about the collar, she placed her hand on it. Her smile failed a bit, "Honestly, I am nervous because I have had this on for months. I am not trying to think too much about how I feel as I don't want my head to hurt." She smiled. "Or my eyes to flash like they were when we first mat. At same time i am glad to take this off because my neck has been making me itch my neck so much."

The commander knew some of the plight of the gifted. Naturally, he'd never worn a collar himself, which limited his ability to put himself in their shoes, but he was familiar enough with many of them to at least imagine what it was like. He could remember the first few collars coming off, and the faces of those who couldn't remember much of life before they'd had the metal around their neck. "I understand that any time with a collar is unpleasant, but if it's only been a few months, then you should feel like your old self again relatively quickly."
The commander glanced around, ensuring that they were well, and truly alone. He reached into his cloak, and retrieved the device he had borrowed from the palace. Tybalt knew how to use it. He'd made a point of personally removing the collars of the gifted within the Royal Guard. "I'm sure you know how this works. It just takes a couple of seconds." He would give her a few moments should she have any questions, or reservations.

There was a week smile on Sina's face. "is it silly of me to say I don't want to be my old self? I had no sense of purpose and was scared, this collar helped ground me. Most be a sign I am growing as a person?"She asked she doesn't have the upbringing the commander or anybody else she is working with. They are nobles. They had education ability to gain skills to help them in life. Sina, she just knew the life of an orphan, she didn't have the security of a family, or love, the feeling of being safe.
When Tybalt pulled out the device, she took a deep breath, so that was it, so little but for collared gifted it meant a lot. "I know it acts as some sort of key." She explained. "can I take a moment to compose myself?" She asked. If he allows her to do so, she will close her eyes softly taking serval deep breaths. "I am good, I am smart, I am not a monster." she softly says. "I am ready."

Tybalt frowned briefly upon hearing Ikisina's confession. He listened to it, understanding just what she meant, even if he couldn't entirely relate to her concerns. "The collar doesn't make who you are. Your decisions, and how you live your life are what count. You've behaved admirably, that's why the collar is coming off." The commander had never been a big believer in the collars actively changing people. He could see their use when it came to ensuring that dangerous gifteds no longer possessed their power powerful attributes, but they did little in his mind to actually alter a person's personality.
Surely Hiram was proof of that.
He would offer a nod, and the few moments that Ikisina needed to compose herself. His ears picked up on the words that she had for herself, he found them a little strange, but made sure not to react to them. When she was ready, Tybalt would step forwards, with the device in hand. A few seconds, that was all that it took. A little click, and Ikisina would find the metal collar around her neck to simply fall away, and hit the floor unless she moved to catch it before it did. "There. You're as free as the rest of us."

Sina takes a deep breath as she listens to Tybalt. did she behave admirably? All she did was do what she asked, not complain, hide in the shadows. "I guess it's just a scary time for the gifted community who honestly want to do good. Plus, I think all the talk about gaining trust was getting to me a little bit. As all I want to do is help."She explained.
Sina placed her hands up to the collar as she felt it realised from her neck, she felt her gift running through her. She slowly moved it from her neck and when Tybalt spoke she open her eyes and looked down her brown eyes focused on the thing that was around her neck. "in the meeting i was thinking of volunteering to us my gift as i can enhance speed, dexterity and strength. However, before I was collared i was training to learn to fully understand it. I mainly saying this if I was to enhance several soldiers at a time. we can do something with it. It possible a silly idea, I am not somebody with a military mind."

Tybalt was quick to conceal the collar removing device again. It would be going somewhere else for safekeeping, they most definitely didn't want Hiram getting his hands on it. The collars were something that commander intended to be kept well away from the occupying gifted family. As relieved as it sounded that Ikisina was right now, he couldn't help but caution her: "Just remember that trust is easily lost, especially these days, and sadly especially for a gifted." Surely, Remiel was a testament to that much.
As she offered to use her gift to assist them, Tybalt would nod only once. "We certainly could use all of the help that we can get in these times." The commander told her solemnly. She'd been to the meeting, and knew enough about the current situation to know that. "However, what's most important for yourself, and those around you, is that you learn to use your power, and to control it. There are others in the kingdom who can assist you with that much. I would suggest that you seek out some assistance from someone who can help you. I don't fully understand what you're capable of, but it is still better that you have a firm grasp on your powers."

Sina looked down at Tybalt's warning. "I know, I promise to try and be extra cautious." She explained that she could at least promise to try, "if i am unsure about something I will ask you, Lady Bellarose or your niece Lady Kane for advice on the matter." She said, she was human after all and so mistakes were something that might happen.
With Tybalt's words, Sina looked down. She understands her gift, "I just don't want to sit around when our homes in danger/" She said our home in the sense of Lorendale as a whole. "One of the reason i got in trouble was because I was training because my gift required me to practise on people, if I was to train again, if i get written conset from people, like a form saying that i am training, that they will feel a warm feeling inside and that they will have a temporary enhancement to their body, will I be able to?" She mainly asked because last time she think they thought she was doing it on unwilling people which she wasn't.
"aside from Lord Allemeade I don't know many people who are willing to train. Do you have any suggestions?" She asked.

Tybalt remembered all of the hubbub about Ikisina's previous use of her gift, or misuse depending on your point of view. It had been a foolish thing to do, and the fact that she hadn't considered the potential consequences of her actions really spoke more about her level of maturity at the time than anything else. The commander wasn't about try punishing any of that right now. "Well, I believe you have learned your lesson. These are not times to be careless in." He did take a mental note of her ability. It could be very useful in a scrape. He imagined what having his own already enhanced strength augmented. It could definitely be something that they could do with. As such he was rather keen to have her try to perfect her own gift, and the idea of practice seemed like a very good one.
"My mother has her school of course. Although they've been forced to retreat back to the Kane lands in light of the current threat, as has the Allemeade school-" Tybalt couldn't help but allow his gaze to travel back towards the palace. Like so many in the capital these days, it had become a haunting place. At all times, he felt obligated to keep an eye on it, least some of its current occupants spill outside, and decide to wreak havoc upon those unfortunate enough to find themselves in the way. "-and I believe you will be needed here. Lady Bellerose might be of better council than I am. Failing that, there are some gifted within the legion who I'm sure would be willing to assist you as much as they can."

Sina lookked towards the palace, as a child she used to look at the palace and have an aww hoping she could be adopted into the royal family, cause who doesn't want to be a princess right? Now, with what going on and who is currently within those walls, it is scary."I will ask Lady Bellarose if she can spare some time to help, I know she has a lot on her plate now." A part of her wants to be the one going into the palace instead of her. She knew that something was off, "If not is there a safe way to contact you regarding asking about the gifted in the Legion who maybe can help?"As sina know she can't be waltzing up to the palace. even if it just a letter, cause what if an eldouir sees.

Tybalt trusted the Florina. He hadn't had much choice in the matter, having to tell her the secret of his enhanced strength, and hearing least she decide to go to the crown of her own accord. Since the,, the commander hadn't heard anything more about it. So, he had to assume, that his secret was still safe. "Even if she can't help you herself, I'm sure that she will be able to point you in the direction of someone who can." She was advisor of the gifted after all, and she had access to the register. If there was anyone out their whose gift would allow them to mentor Ikisina, she would know about it.
She asked about contacting him. Tybalt had to put some thought into the matter. "I'm trying to keep communications to a minimum, to avoid attracting any unwanted attention, but... If you need to contact me urgently, I'm having my correspondance delivered to one of the female royal guards. I'll give you her address, she smuggles it in to me, secretly, once a day."

Ikisina smiled softly however she is worried Florina is going in there with the Eldouir she hated the fact that she going to be in there. not that she doesn't trust the prince, Tybalt or the guard. She just doesn't trust Them, the red head that currently hunting the ground of the palace. She knew if she said that she want to be there with florina, he would be told that she be useful out here. but she have a duty to help dlorina, to be her assistant.
"Thank you for your advice, Lord Commander." She said she does wish she could be more help, but is this is what is asked of her then she has to do what she was told to do.
