Sina needed a drink after interacting with Scout, why does every time she offered to help she get knocked down? Why does every time somebody who not her step out and show bravery people celebrate their action? Why do people treat her to be a fragile doll and that she should lay low and stay out of every bodies way?

She headed to a tavern and got herself some whisky before she sat down at a table. The first and last time she was in a tavern she was with Dresden. She know she promised Dresden that the next time she wanted to visit a tavern to let him know, but this was a spar of a moment I need a drink right now kind of moment. Not a 'lets go for a drink." Kinda of moment. 

So here she is drink in her hand, clearly over dress for this sort of tavern but right now she doesn't care.
