Keelan had been filled in by a courier of the court and a ranking soldier of the military, the rings of his Uncle Adder and cousins confirmed by Keelan to be theirs by the family sigil. They had tasked him to gather the family so he could deliver the news: Adder Morrigan and his sons were dead and labeled traitors.

All of course by his own design.

He had been told first, and why? By family rules and by all conditions of the law Keelan Morrigan was now head of the Morrigan family. So he made the rare appearance at Stormview Ridge where he called for the immediate more prominent members of the Morrigan family to deliver the news, this included spouses and children for comfort. Keelan was luckily well guarded as far as outward feelings go, plus he had to be the level headed one, for the family. Again it wouldn't be hard because inside Keelan was more than thrilled, he'd seized so much power over the last few seasons he was unstoppable he wore this badge on the inside pinned to his heart..not a single worry that it bled over into his soul.

He'd gather the family in the largest room of the house and upon the last arrival Keelan stood where Uncle Adder would have stood, the features in his face would be softer and eyes...kinder despite the usual electric hum they displayed.

"Thank you everyone for coming, this isn't going to be easy to discuss," being so distant from his family he needed to do a little detective work and obtain the same narrative, "Uncle Adder...Alec and Iowan," he would look toward Ellison, clearing his throat as if there was a hitch, "It seems they've," he reached into his pocket and took out several rings laying them on the table at the center of the room, "According to a anonymous tip and a parcel, Ellison...they believe your Father and brothers were taken and murdered, labeled as traitors by some fringe group...only their hands were returned..."
