Tale:
Valeria's mother Ora Usher is Hadrian's beloved twin sister. At 22, Ora met a married commoner who took an interest in her. Naïve and easily swayed, Ora started to have an affair with the man which resulted in a pregnancy. The father disappeared, nowhere to be found, leaving Ora alone and heartbroken. She died in childbirth, leaving Valeria in Hadrian's care.

Growing up due to Hadrain job in the Navy he was away from her a lot which made her independent as she is. As a child at first she didn't really understood why he kept leaving her and would always grab his leg not wanting to go being super stubborn about him not leaving her. However growing up she got used to waving him off as he leaving on the docks. She was always a playful child with a smile on her face just wanting to have fun. When she had a idea stuck in her brain Varleria would always try and stick to it and figure out the solution to any problem she face that will stop her from getting the out come she wanted.

Valeria always looked up to Hadrian and when ever he was due back Valeria would always be waiting on the docks for him waiting for him to come to sore and tell her about the adventures he been on things he has seen and just making her want to become a navy officer even more. Driving her passion even more.

Hadrian has raised Valeria as his own while pursuing his military career. Though she has been left alone for long periods of time while he is off at sea, this hasn't affected their relationship in the least. Valeria is fiercely independent and self-motivated. Even though Hadrian is her uncle, she introduces him as her father. The two have a close, loving relationship - Hadrian would move mountains and part seas if it meant she'd have a better chance at happiness. Valeria idolizes Hadrian. Following her uncle footsteps into the navy.
