Reputation: She looks younger than she is, and in combination with her provoking, sometimes rebellious personality, some people tend to find her childish. Looks can be deceiving though, because beneath this personality, Scout is a very professional person. She's a wayward person, but it also known that she'll do what is expected of her (in her own way, that is). She is kind to the people that deserve it but tends to keep a neutral relationship with most people she meets, maintaining some kind of mystery around her.

Scout’s rebellious character somewhat clashes with the social etiquette she was taught when she was little, although she would never do something outrageous or extremely impolite. She’s known to be wayward and defiant, but to her this keeps conversations interesting.

Her professionalism and dedication regarding the Crown and the Rainecourt family caused her to switch occupations. She left the military behind and started working as queen Iliana's assistant. Here she showed her potential and eventually moved up to becoming the Lady Steward of Lorendale. These promotions gave her the reputation of always trying to do bigger and better.

The people of Lorendale know she’s there to hear their complaints and opinions, and will try to smooth things over as much as possible. Being a social woman, she also makes sure to organise many social gatherings to take the edge off the political situations happening in Lorendale.



Combat Experience: From her early years, she was trained by her family in the art of combat and horsemanship. After she hit the age of maturity, Scout trained to be a soldier and served in the military until the age of twenty-three. She was trained as a swordswoman and knows how to handle throwing knives. She always carries a dagger with her wherever she goes. Scout also learnt how to use her combat skills while riding a horse, making her a horsewoman as well.

During her time in the military, she fought with her legion during the battle against Coheed, where she was struck with a sword to the leg. The wound wasn’t fatal, but left a scar.

Ring of enhanced combat: a ring that, when twisted around the finger three times, enhances Scout's combat abilities (10 points will be added to her combat score while the ring is activated. It effects her and not the weapons she holds, but it makes her better combat wise, whether it be with weapons or in hand-to-hand combat skills. The effects last 10 posts, and after that her combat score will return to its actual amount).

Tale:
Scout was born to Irma Kane and William Kane (formerly Godfrey, but gave up his name for the Kane surname). Her parents died young, leaving her under the care of the rest of the family. This didn’t really effect her upbringing much, as she still trained with them. She was trained in the art of combat, social etiquette and horsemanship. She showed great talent when it came to horsemanship and combat, but wasn’t the best at social etiquette. She was reprimanded a lot and learnt to contain her own ways of social behaviour during her childhood, but put this restriction aside once she became older, especially after the military. She received tuition from the older Kane’s, making her a sophisticated and well-read young woman.

Once she reached maturity, Scout started training to become a soldier and joined the military at 18. She was a successful soldier and horsewoman, showing great commitment to the military and the Crown. During the war between Coheed and Lorendale, she fought with her legion to defend the kingdom. She was wounded but not killed during the battle. It made fighting while riding a horse more difficult, which together with her dedication to the Crown resulted in her leaving the military at the age of 23 to become queen Iliana’s assistant, who had just become of age. She kept this position until the beginning of 827, when she was promoted to Lady Steward.

By focusing on her career this much, Scout didn't really have time to meet potential suitors, leading her to be an unmarried woman at the age of 28. The woman would like to meet someone and get married eventually, but isn't actively trying to find someone, and the family isn't trying to arrange a marriage for her anymore. She had some casual flings, but never settled down. Still, she would like to continue the Kane bloodline to participate in its glory.
