Akagi had been ready to leave for Nevermere until the news brought to him by @keion and @verula about a attack on an Arynnite expodition. While Keion went to inquire information from the docks Akagi was going straight to his Mother after all with her suspicion of his involvement in Coheed it only made sense for him to inform her.

He was just a Prince. Nothing more. Nothing less. Pending her decision he would postpone his Nevermere trip.

It wasn't unheard of for Arynnite vessels to be attacked, usually though it was the odd trading vessel here or there that strayed a little too close to Coheed's shore. Whilst her son had provided her with few details, for it to be brought to her attention in such a fashion, she assumed that it was a little more serious than that. "I see. Were there any details regarding the culprits?" It sounded as if the attack had been at least somewhat successful. It would take more than some vulgar pirates for that, unless they got lucky.

Kimora frowned at the mention of the ships. "Their ships were enchanted or ours?" Both were extremely problematic, although the second would certainly be preferable. That would mean that the enemy only had a handful of enchanted vessels at their disposal as opposed to potentially the ability to create an entire fleet full. Although she supposed that it was far from impossible that Ellora Roquefort could have created them before her death.

Whatever the case, the queen was already running through both the implications and how they would go about handling the situation. Enchantments could be terrible things in the wrong hands.

Kimora let out a sigh, frustrated by the lack of concrete information. It wasn't much to go on but go on they would have to. She paced up and down, wondering whether or not to chastise her son who would one day claim her throne for his lack of ideas. Right now wasn't the time though. "We will have to send word to our allies, least they mistake the stolen vessels for our own. We don't want a diplomatic incident." Cassian would be first. Nevermere had a sizeable fleet that she didn't want messed with and they also had their fingers in many of the other nations. Warn them and all would know eventually.

"Then we will get those ships back and punish those responsible." The queen declared with an iron resolve. "Summon the Minister of War, we will have our enchanters create something to allow us to track the enchantments. We will send a Peacemaker force to retrieve them and show the world that Arynn Frey may not carry on in their bloodthirsty ways but we will not be triffled with."
