Astor was dressed in his uniform, an hour early for his shift and thus doing his usual practice. It had become quite the routine of recent and a great way to avoid responsibility or his actions, which had so far somehow been undiscovered. And he wasn't going to question it because that surely would only bring trouble.

Looking up as he heard a familiar voice he stopped swinging, as always a goofy smile on his face. "Anna!" It took him a second to realize what she was carrying, but when he did he immediately dropped his sword. "Is this the newest Andino?" Stepping forward he wasn't sure whether to laugh or cry with happiness.

A little sound came from Trixie's lips as Astor says her name with a goofy smile. Which made her smile even wider as she looked upon him. "yes this is the newest Andino. I thought I give her the honor of meeting the amazing Astor." She smiled as she walked close to him, giving him a chance to meet the newest member of the family.

"I heard you been training in here a lot so I thought it safer than coming round to visit uncle." She will always love Astor but with Trixie and the twins she can't be risking her safety to see her favourite cousin

"Amazing Astor, I like that." Looking at the little addition he smiled down, offering his finger out to the little one that would surely be just as strong as her mum. "What's her name?" His eyes flicked up to look at his cousin, not sure what she had decided on in the end. He had been a bit busy recently or he would have gone over sooner.

"Much safer. He's been in a mood lately, I think a engagement plan fell through." Something that only made him smile despite the cost when he was back home. More and more he hated the idea of being engaged to someone. Marrying for love was more and more attractive everyday.

Annabeth laughed, "Don't let it get to your head Astor, your head is big enough as it is." She joked. When he asked what her name is and watching him offering a finger for her to hold her little hand wrapped round his finger her tiny grip was strong not wanting to let go. Annabeth smiled even though innocent though it seems made her heart yearn for the thing that they both missed as a child. "Her name is Trixie."
Her and Castiel's little Trixie. She wanted him to come round sooner and the way he looked something was up, however she trust Astor so she doesn't speak.

However when he spoke of marriage and it being arranged. he looked up at him with a apologetic look. "I am so sorry, uncle is well never one to take no for a answer. I just hope whoever this might be is a nice person if you want me to check her out, dig some detail up on her and family, let me know." Her offer esd true and he know she will do all she can to carry through."

Looking between Annabeth and the newest addition, little Trixie, he held out his hands. "Could I hold her? Only if that's okay with you of course." He could understand why not, especially with the whole wearing his uniform and his family history. But he also knew that his cousin knew he wasn't his family, something he would always be thankful for.

"Seems like you won't have to. Guess word got out about our name to the father of the lady." Smiling he was probably supposed to be sad, missing out at a chance for love, but he was finding himself dragging his feet more and more on the matter.

Annabeth see her cousin offering his arm and asked if he can hold her. If it was another member of their family she would have been more hesitant of it all. However, it was Astor her amazing cousin "Of course you can hold her." She softly placed Trixie in his arms, "Support her head." She trusted Astor enough with her daughter. She give Astor a soft smile as she looked at them both.

"Uncle most be taken the nose hard though?" She asked concern for him and his sister that was still unmarried. "Is there anyone that you at least like? Not that i am pushing you myself i am just worried about your safety you know what our family can be like."

Carefully listening to her instructions and remembering how his cousin had been holding little Trixie, the soldier nodded his head. He had missed when the twins were this little, so fragile. So Astor was careful, making sure to support the little one's head. He might not have been an actual uncle, but he felt like one in spirit. "She's so small."

Looking at Annabeth with a smile it faltered a second at the mention of anyone he might like. It wasn't his place to fall in love all willy nilly. Yet he'd literally killed for someone and still hadn't fully processed it. Ikisina was a woman who he could never be with, and so he had kept away. Not that he had any plans to talk about it outloud, Annabeth had enough on her plate. "I'll be okay Anna, you know me, tough as old boots."

Annabeth smiled softly as she softly placed a hand on his arm. "She perfect that what she is. She smiled she motioned to the side where they can sit. "The boys been asking for you, asking for Uncle Astor, cool uncle? it makes me laugh how much they already look up to you." She explained like she has to be careful that Astor don't get brought up around Castiel because she doesn't know how he will handle with their kids being around Astor with the family history but Annabeth trust him with everything.

She noticed something in Astor eyes, something hiding. "Astor, You might be tough as boots but I know that look of something not fine. Plus I'll be fine say you not fine now. now it might be my motherly instinces kicking in or my love for you, or both. Sit your arse down and explain. Remember i have two three year old boys so I am getting very good at being patient." She raised her eyebrows.

Astor laughed nodding his head. "Yah perfect." He wanted kids of his own some day, that was for sure. He thought he would make a good dad, nothing like his and everything like his mother. Tell them stories, hug them, not make them do things that made them uncomfortable. "I'll come by next week yah? We can have tea and snacks and run around for hours."

Sitting with Annabeth he just shook his head. "I promise I'm okay Annabeth." It wasn't a lie, he was doing fine, at least he was alive. And he had no plans to speak of the day he had snapped. He didn't want to think about it, cast it aside and focus on the future that was his. Be the best legionnaire he could be and fall into line with whoever his father set him up with.

She smiled when he said she was perfect. Annabeth believe he would be an amazing father well an amazing Husband to anyone. She just wish he would believe that he doesn't need to sit around and wait for his dad's promission to marry. "Just as you listen to your heart Astor and remember you if you love someone don't let her go." She give him a week smile

She had a meeting with Cassian to gethered what the noble thought about the results she thought Astor might be a good first victim in a sense. "Did you hear much about the gifted trail?" She asked softly.

Astor was wrapped up in happiness, a little too much to notice anything that his cousin said. "Mhmmm yah." Trixie was going to be just like Anna, he knew it already. A little too headstrong for her own good when it came to her heart. How his cousin had survived the things she did with a smile on her face was beyond him.

"Just the hightlights. Seems like the Allemeade's got more trouble than they deserved." He of course was more than slightly biased on the matter. He had considered Remi a friend and colleague, and Honora someone he had been able to speak freely with. And all because they were defending their home and and Eldouir showed up. "Taking their jobs, it just seems so much."

Annabeth smiled a small laugh escaped her lips when he didn't hear what she said. It was clear that Astor was happy with Trixie in his arm. She didn't want to ruin this moment for him. The brown eyes of Trixie's softly looked up at Astor slowly closing as she fall asleep in his arm. "You are doing a great job." She said truthfully.

She sat there listening taking mental motes that one noble thought it was unfair for the Allemande. That they got in more trouble then they deserved. She was Bias like she thought it was unfair however at the moment in time she have to be a natural ground. Her opinion of the trail is with her and her only. "I heard Count Fischer was sentenced to death?" Most people know by know that she was married into the Wyndham however, don't share the same values of them.

Astor looked up at his cousin with a smile as Trixie cooed. "Careful or I might just start running away with her." Looking at the child he knew it was something he wanted. Badly. But he also knew that he had to keep his toes in line and so he would. Things would work out.

"Mhmm yah. Makes sense." There were all kinds of crazy rumors around what he had said that day. But the gist was he had disrespected the queen as well as anyone he could after the sentencing. Astor was glad that the crazy man was being put to death, someone who thought it was okay to go after someone because they were gifted. It was just insanity.
