She looked at Trixie for a moment resting a hand on Astor's arm and smiling at her baby girl, she was precious, totally unaware of what was happening. Was so glad that her babies are unaware of what happens at the moment. They are too innocent, too perfect to worry, to know the pain of the world.

"When I next have a meeting with the King which should be in a couple of days I am going to bring it up with him." She explained. She does feel bad that she was apart of the sons, she hasn't informed Astor that she was apart of it as she is ashamed of it. Only people who really knew that she was in there was Honora, Nolan and of course Fischer, she possible will have to inform the King, but she will have to face that when the time comes.

It was probably a good thing that Astor didn't know about his cousins past misguided thoughts about gifteds. He loved his cousin and that would never change, but it would certainly color him confused. He also didn't know anything about that time in her life, and that running away from the Porter name must have been difficult.

"Good luck Anna." Not only with a meeting with the King which seemed hard enough, but with convincing him of anything involving a man who had gone so long without detection. "You are settling well into your new job then?"

Annabeth smiled it been hard the past five years being away from the Porter name and she been grateful that only Astor know what she had been up to and talked to him. She cares about her cousin and wants for best for him and he deserve better than what he think he does.

When he asked about how she was settling in. "It been interesting, the office is beautiful. However, it haven't been that long so I am still finding my feet with the job. Norah, my previous boss gave a good recommendation before she left and they thought I suit this job." She said slighly unsure, like her as an assiant she still struggled to interact with people and she did that for five years because of her confidence.

Nodding his head, he listened to Anna talk about her new job. Honestly, he was selfishly glad she wasn't at her old job, it had seemed dangerous. And it seemed like she was enjoying it which was really all that mattered.

"I'm glad it's fitting well. I didn't realize that your boss left." He wasn't sure exactly why but as long as Anna came out okay from it all that was perfect. "Are you already back at work even so close to Trixie's birth?"

"Yeah , she haven't been in Lorendale since before the trail, so I had to pick up some of the tasks before the new steward took over and finished it. It wasn't easy doing the lady steward job while heavily pregnant but Trixie turned out perfect. Just like her dad." The purest smile was on Annabeth's face, not a glimmer of what her life was before Castiel was in her eyes. Not the pain of having to get rid of a baby due Hiram raping her all because her ex-husband told her the baby or him, the amount of beating from her father or Uncles while she was protecting her brother. Which Astor knows about as she became more open with him and Castiel not hiding secret from them.

"Yeah this is my first week back in reality, but the king gave me a beautiful office and he allowed me to bring Trixie to work with me there a nice basket for her when it is nap time."

Astor was still amazed his cousin had stepped up in such an astounding way. It wasn't surprising by any means, she was a strong woman who had made it through far more that she gave herself credit for. "You are an inspiration Anna." He was smiling but he didn't laugh, not a hint of a joke in his tone unlike usual.

"Well maybe I'll just have to find that office to visit again." Passing Trixie back to her mum, Astor was sure that kids were something he wanted. A chance to do better.

Annabeth give him a soft smile when he said she was an inspiration. "You are amazing Astor" Giving him a side cuddle and placing a kiss on his temple. "you are not in this alone, you will always have me remember that." She said softly. There was part of her that wishes Astor stop protecting her like they used to tell each other a lot of things when they were kids and she knows that they still have a lot to catch up on but she still want him to know that he was still her best friend.

She softly took Trixie in her arms. "Please do and let me know when you want to see the boys they both miss you so much. Also know that I'm not pregnant we need that training session."

Astor laughed and nodded. "I'll make sure not to be a stranger anymore. Make more time and stuff." And get over himself a little, and what he'd done earlier in the year.

"Training session seems like a great idea." He wasn't sure how he would train his cousin but he was down to try. He had gone through plenty of training so he could probably figure something out.

Annabeth give him a tighter side hug. "I have really missed you and that cheeky smile you used to have when we was kids. I know my favourite cousin is in there somewhere." She smiled they were the best of friends and she hopes that years apart they can bring their friendship back to where they used to be.

Annabeth wasn't that little girl anymore she was a lot stronger physically now she can punch harder, can swing a sword and she have started using a bow and arrow a little bit more, so when they train Astor might be surprised to see her as strong but in a positive light. Her husband wanted her to be able to defend herself. She still carries the dagger she brought herself all those years ago around her tigh. "I am looking forward to our training session. You can come round mine or we can train here."

"I'll come to you. Then I can see the boys too." Smiling, Astor wanted to keep it more on his face. He wanted to anyways, of course he had no idea the curveballs awaiting him later in the week. This would seem like a glimmer of hope in the mess that followed.

Picking up his sword he nodded his head. "I gotta get back to this though, but it was nice seeing you Anna." It really was.
