Cahaya could sense the fear in his eyes, but decided not to inquire, instead obeying his words without hesitation.
Aarres wrapped his arm around his sister and started to guide her to safety. "I am scared Aarre. Where are mother and father?" Cahaya kept on looking back want to see if her mother and father where making their way out.
"I am sure they are already out with everybody out. Most importantly look forward and never look back." Her brother was trying his best to keep calm as they made their way out of the burning house.
As they make their way out a few burning bits nearly landed on them. but they made their way out just in time as soon as they stepped outside the door the door collapsed behind them.
They stood afar as they saw everything they love burn. Cahaya cried into her brother as her brother tried to keep it together as he wrapped his arms around her soothing her. As a hour have passed the fire slowly started to die down as none of her other family made it out and Cahaya and her brother made it to the stables and grabbed Lullyby and Ocean and road off to find somewhere safe to stay for a while.
Since that day, Cahaya was determined to always look forward because she knew what was behind her. She have to be strong and confident. Certain that tomorrow is better then today.
