The peace that formerly reigned in Terra Nova has eroded, now little more than a memory. War ravages the continent. Disputes divide kingdoms; ideals divide families. The quest for power consumes absolutely and indiscriminately. None are immune to its allure.
Who will rise and who will fall? Only time—and ambition—will tell.

5 whole years of Heir Apparent goodness! When I started the site, I knew I was hunkering down for the long haul, but I never could have predicted the numerous twists and turns this roleplay site has seen. Hundreds of plots, characters, and members have come and gone, all leaving marks on the site. I am so very thankful for those who have invested. Because you keep coming back, keep getting on, and keep writing, Heir Apparent has the legacy it does today. Three cheers to us!
Nithya returned home in the late morning, just before noon, to touch up her hair and put in another dress before she would say a quick prayer and return to the palace, but a servant intercepted her on the way to her room. The young maid, Seren, told her that Dezi had asked if the maid knew when Nirthya would be home, because she would like some assistance and help with her magic. The maid had apparently told Dezembre that she would tell Nithya about her cousins request at the earliest convenience, which was now. The noble woman thought for a moment and then decided that her work at the palace could wait. She didn't have a lot to do that day, anyway.
So Nith walked through the hallway and stopped in front of Dezi's door. She knocked two times and then opened the door, peeking her head around the corner. "Seren said you could use some help with your magic?" she asked, a kind and soft smile on her face. "Do you want to practice in the garden? The weather is quite lovely."

Dezi just wanted to make a reason to spend time with family, plus what better way than to find a way to enhance her skills in all areas of magic. So she asked one of the maids to ask Nithya if she could help, primarily if she saw her before Dezi did. She was in her room wrapped up in a chair next to a table that had a quill and ink with parchment as her nose was in books that was all about the four elements of magics. If she wasn't physically learning she was reading books.
As she heard a knock on the door she looked up and her smile widen seeing her cousin. She jumped to her feet with such joy. "Of course. My beautiful Cousin." She walked over to the door with a bunch in her step. With a cheeky smile, "Onwards and upwards to the gardens." Not really care if it sounds stupid to her it sounds cool and that all that matters.
Nithya was glad that Dezi's always seemed so confident. Her cousin's confidence translated in lots of compliments, which she didn't mind at all. Dezembre lifted spirits and brightened the mood with her kind words. "Onwards and upwards", she replied with a chuckle before linking her arm through Dezi's.
They would make their way over to the garden, where a servant had laid down a blanket for them to sit on, so they wouldn't soil their dresses. "How have you been?" Nithya asked her cousin as she sat down on the blanket. "I've been very busy, but I'm glad to see that you know I'll always make time for my family."

There was a small laugh when Nithya repeated her saying, that she love it when her family get involved in her little things. Linking her arm with Nithya as they walked through the halls towards the garden. During the warmer month, Dezi feels like she can get more done with her studies and create more potions cause she feels energised. Well in the colder month she still feel energised she just feel more chaotic then now.
Smiling as they sat down together sitting gracefully, remembering how to sit properly as a lady on a blanket as one doesn't cross one legs as that is unladylike. "Busy with books. How are things at the Palace?" As she haven't been out in society that long as she not long turned 20 she so finding out any juicy gossip will possible help her find a potential match worthy of the family name.
Also she was intrigued to see if her cousin had eyes on anybody cause then she will need to do some digging and she would wonder if her brother would help her out in the information gathering, well he wouldn't have a choice she would drag his arse along or curse it.
Nithya shrugged a bit while smiling. "Things are okay. Nothing too exciting, and definitely nothing that should worry us." She winked and laid down on the blanket, stretching her arms out above her. Nith closed her eyes and took a deep breath. She loved the summer air, even though Nevermere didn't quite know what sun was.

There was a small laugh. "So no gossip to tell your favourite cousin then? I see how it is." She smirked as she laugh playing around with her cousins. However, Dezi knows that if she was to get anywhere within the Nevermere community she needs to know what happening. She needs to know who is who and what happening with them, especially if she was to find a suitable match before she is twenty four and her mother starts pairing her off to some random guy. However, she know her mother would find her the perfect guy who will aid the family, there was a part of her thatjust pray to the two-fold godess that she find someone who she share a connection with.
"Anyway, we here to talk about magic not to ley on a blanket." There was still a cheerful smile on her face as she tried to poke her cousin. It would be more of a joyful jab then a painful poke.
Nityha still had a soft smile on her face, although it was mostly to look friendly and nice. She had never liked it when her family would try to get gossip out of her, but she knew Dezi was mostly kidding, so she let it slide.
"You're absolutely right", she said when her cousin poked her, to which she responded with a little poke of her own. "With what would you like some help, Dezi?"

Giving the fact that Nith poked Dezi made her chuckle, however, she was a bit disappointed that she didn't get any gossip. However, she wasn't going to force her cousin to share any if she wasn't inclined to share. When she asked which area she would like help in. "Well i am pretty much fabulous in all areas." She was confident in her skills, who can blame her she was a Chaudari her mother wouldn't let her be anything less than the best.
"Well we can always work on incantations, curses or summoning. I know some of the herbs in the greenhouse are not quiet ready for potions just yet. They will be soon though." If she was going to be the best witch in whole of Skia then she need to be able to focus on as many areas as possible.
