She's not exceptionally tall, but has a demanding presence in the room. From time to time she cuts her ginger hair shorter, to shoulder-length, but other times she keeps it long, because she's proud of her red hair. She has a feminine walk, but not a timid one. Her hips sway from side to side and she knows it will make people look. Avalon has a very contagious smile, but she tends not to smile that much.

Reputation: Her family knows her as 'Elena's sister', which bothers her tremendously because she's older than Elena. She lived in her sister's shadow for a while, which finally changed when she replaces Myla as queen. They also know her for her sharp tongue and annoying remarks. Avalon likes stirring the pot and creating conflict. To those within the family that have had the pleasure of sharing the bed with her, she's known as a dominant person, almost dominatrix-style. She likes people work for her, and beg for her forgiveness. That's why she enjoys the Tribute so much. She's somewhat childish when she doesn't get what she wants, a tease and a bully. She Ava won't rest until she's satisfied with a situation or a person.
It's also known that she doesn't really like children. She likes sex, but not its consequences. She will bare the child and won't consider ways to try to get rid of it, but she also won't take care of the child once it's born. She's hypersexual and will flirt with just about anyone, whether she likes them or not.

She mostly uses her Gift, but is also skilled at using swords, rapiers, daggers and a (cross)bow. She keeps a dagger hidden on her at all times. She's strong and intimidating in combat. Lastly, she is also very handy with whips - for all kinds of purposes.

Blast Generation - Avalon is able to generate blasts of powerful, pressurized air at whatever she targets.
A pressure-force generates in her core that creates a blast. She can direct this blast at people or objects. This means that if someone stands in the way of the blast force, it will not go through the person but hit them instead. If someone knows about her Gift and is feeling heroic, they would be able to throw themselves between her and her target to intercept her attack. This would result in them taking the blow.
The force of power behind Avalon’s blast is determined by how much she “charges” the attack. Charging looks like her focusing contained magical power into her core that she then releases at will. An attack with lesser pressure will be generated and released in a single post. An attack with moderate power will be charged for one post and released in the next post. Her most powerful blasts need to be charged for two posts and released in the third. For context, the most powerful blast from Avalon can tear apart stone, earth, and sometimes even metals.

Sometimes they are large and all-encompassing, like a hurricane, and sometimes they are small and specific, like the loosing of an arrow. She was a soldier in Lorendale and worked with Hiram as his first helper. During her early twenties, she trained together with Ishmael a lot, when Hiram didn't have time. Avalon had a difficult time keeping her sexual desires hidden, especially when they were working closely together. One thing led to another and a few years later, Ava and Ishmael got intimate. Nine months later, Helga was born. She never quite had a maternal instinct, and she let mostly other people deal with Helga.
