Reputation: Cezar is the organized calm to Tallis’ chaotic energy. He is thoughtful and methodical in his ways of thinking and does his best to help reign in his twin when she lets her passion get ahead of her but never in a way to hold her back. His goal is to focus that energy in the best way possible to help her achieve the outcome they both work for.

What others see is an easy-going man with a charming smile who can schmooze his way through a crowd like a hot knife through butter. He knows all the right things to say to get ahead and people believe that he says them with sincerity. He has an inherent need to take care of others, particularly those he cares about and though his gift can only heal them physically he tries to also heal their hearts and souls as much as he can. He is observant and is constantly questioning others' true intentions. A man who spends his life putting on a show naturally assumes that everyone else is doing the same, each person out for themselves and all he has to do is figure out what game they are playing so that he can play along and ultimately win the game.

Combat Experience: Cezar was raised in a family whose trade was blacksmithing so not only was it at a young age that he began to help in the smithy but also in learning how to wield a weapon. After all, his father had said that you could best know how to make the perfect weapon if you knew how to use it properly. While he was never part of the military he has trained combatively since he could smack sticks together with his ‘brothers’ and continues to keep up his skills in case he needs to pull them out at a moment’s notice.


Regeneration / Restoration - Control over the regeneration process (renewal, restoration, tissue growth) down to a cellular level. The ability to speed the rate of regeneration. For example he can encourage regeneration of lost limbs. Not limited to tissue he can do the same with things like plants, objects etc, able to repair a broken sword for example or return a burned parchment back to its original form. He can repair that which has been altered back to it's original state. His gift is always stronger with Tallis around, despite how opposite they may be.

Tale:
Cezar and Tallis were born the children of Magnon and Oscalie Scorza though their mother would not survive their birth, a common outcome of birthing Scorza twins. Cezar never knew any of this though, not for a long time. Separated very shortly after their birth and after receiving their scorpion Scorza brands, Cezar was sent to live with an allied gifted family, the Morands.

Cezar never knew that he was adopted but life at their home was not easy. They clearly favored their own two sons over Cezar and the young boy just always assumed it was a ‘middle child’ thing. He was the one that was forgotten. The oldest got all the glory and the youngest was the baby which left him in the middle. Still, he did his best. He worked hard and learned their trade of Blacksmithing. He was very skilled at it, a natural, and his gift allowed him to be even better, to make whatever he was creating absolutely perfect. But it was never enough for his parents and he was constantly being berated for even the smallest mistakes. Overall they were good people, they took care of him and didn’t abuse him, but what he didn’t know was how hard they were trying to make sure that any Scorza ideologies would never take hold of him.

It seemed they couldn’t wait to be rid of him and were all too eager when the Phearsons encouraged the idea that Tallis and Cezar should meet. Cezar went out of a sense of duty yet upon meeting Tallis he found himself drawn to her, much like a moth to a flame.

To Cezar they seemed to fit together like puzzle pieces. He was the yin to her yang, the peace to her chaos, the joy to her anger. Together they created one picture of balance and power. Fantastical, maybe, but Cezar couldn’t help the way he felt. One day he felt the opportunity arise to make a move on her, feeling that if he could join together intimately it would be proof of all that he felt about her. It didn’t quite turn out that way. She saw the brand on his ribs, demanded answers that he didn’t have, and told him all about who he really was.

The shock that this woman he’d fall in love with was actually his twin was quite overwhelming. He was angry at his parents that they never told him anything about who he really was and when they confronted them he was so overwhelmed with emotion that he fed into Tallis’ rage as he watched her kill them. It was with almost unnerving calm and peace that he planted flowers on top of their graves. His brothers were not around at the time and had no idea what had happened to their parents. Cezar stayed only long enough to explain he was just as confused as they were before he left them behind forever to start a new life with his twin.

They would not be parted now that they had found each other. They began posing as a married couple and have been together ever since, focused on finding the rest of their true family and taking what they feel they have always deserved.
