Body Description: Indira has long dark brown hair with bangs and gorgeous caramel brown eyes that seem to almost shine gold when they hit the light. She has a thin figure, perhaps a bit on the underweight side, especially if you ask her mother. Oh and don't forget the legs for days! Indie knows she's beautiful and is rather vain about it. It really has, perhaps, made her too confident for her own good.
PERSONAL
Aspirations/Ambitions: Find closure from her past marriage, see her daughter grow into her own thriving individual, find joy in the little moments of life, see women in society become equal or superior to the men as it should be
Alignment: Neutral Good
Reputation: Indira is known to be a work hard/play hard sort of person. She is incredibly focused with her studies and occupational work, always striving for excellence in all that she does. She knows how to talk to people and have productive conversations to get things done. She is loving and devoted to her family and friends and will spoil you to death if you're lucky enough to be in her life.
She also knows how to let loose and not take life too seriously. There is fun and joy to be had every single day if you take the time to look for it. She is warm and inviting, encouraging others to let loose a bit too. She has a recognizable laugh that draws people to her and people know that if she's at a party then she's going to bring the vivacious to all those who move into her sphere.
Combat Experience: Besides mandatory training she hasn't spent a lot of time to increase her combative skills beyond how she can use her magic to her advantage if she ever needed to.
MAGIC
Indie has always excelled in her magical studies, summoning became a quick favorite and one that remained a favorite not only for her skill in it but also the release of endorphins for each sacrifice offered which became an addictive sensation. She also did well in her studies of both potions and incantations but still has yet to pass her curses test though she's tried a few times. She can do it, but not well enough to pass her family's grueling exams.

Tale:
Indira was meant to be a twin, her mother had been convinced of it even early on in her pregnancy. She’d had dreams that she birthed two children, a girl and a boy. She could feel the magic that was growing in her belly. Even later on in her pregnancy when her belly was clearly not large enough to be holding more than one child, she remained sure that there were two. So when, on that Autumna day, when she gave birth to a daughter she kept asking the midwife if she was sure there was not another. It was disappointing to her mother but was glad that if there was only one that it was a girl instead of a boy. What she never could have known was that she’d been right. There had been a twin but unbeknownst to her she’d gone through vanishing twin syndrome, one fetus absorbing the fetal tissue of the other.
So Indira was raised as any other girl in the family. She was devoted, an exceptional student, and eager to make her mother proud. When she turned 8 her studies moved to focus on magic and she pushed herself to excellence at everything that was put in front of her, struggling only with curses of the four magics. When Indira was 10 her little sister was born and her mother turned much of her attention on her newest daughter who needed her more than her responsible oldest child who could basically fend for herself at that point. Indie loved her sister but she couldn't help but feel jealous of the attention that she got and all the attention she'd worked so hard to get from her mother was gone, seemingly overnight. Still, she never put the blame on her precious baby sister, Dezi, and loved her unconditionally.
It was when she went to mandatory training that she got her first real look at what life outside the coven could feel like. It was the first time she let herself open up to figuring out who she really was and who she wanted to be. She loved mandatory training for all those reasons, even if she went home as soon as lessons were over and didn't get to socialize much with the other trainees. Her time in mandatory training left her with an itch to escape, even just sometimes, to be part of society. It gave her even more motivation.
Her magical studies continued to excel, working just as hard as she always had even during the years of mandatory training, often leading to regular late nights spent practicing so she wouldn't be slowed down by her other responsibilities. They were years spent with extreme focus and determination, and dozing off in random places.
As soon as she was allowed she entered into testing and by the middle of her 20th year she had finished the required two to go out into society, summoning and potions. She wouldn't go on to complete the incantations test until she was almost 25.
With the required testing complete she was allowed to be introduced into society and she did so with vivacious eagerness. Her mother, while proud of her daughter's early accomplishments, was displeased with her focus on society rather than being content to focus more on the family. It wasn't long before she was swept off of her feet by a handsome, and well connected young man and the two were quickly wed when Indie was 22. Two years later she found out she was pregnant and Indira couldn't have been happier. Life was blissful and beautiful. Everything was going perfectly. At least she thought so.
It was Autumna and only a week before she would end up giving birth to their first child that her husband declared he was done. He didn't want to be married, he didn't want to be a father, he was simply...over it. So he walked out, leaving Indira in a state of confusion and devastation. What had she done wrong? Since then he has been in and out of their lives many times.
Her labor and delivery were challenging and many believed it was due in part to the mother's overwhelming feelings of sadness and loss, but that was soon replaced with the joy and light that her newborn daughter, Jovi, brought into the world. She was a doting mother but she had help too, especially with a daughter, she had her whole family who wanted to see the little girl do well in life and within the Chaudhari family. A couple years after having her daughter, Indie felt that familiar itch to really put herself back out into the world. She started to attend gatherings both of political and social importance. She started to make a name for herself, a familiar face in the crowd, and to those around her age she was known to be the life of the afterparty. Everyone learned that if Indie showed up to a party that it was bound to be a good, wild time.
Her growing influence in society eventually caught the attention of the right people and in Aestas 828 she was assigned to be the Minister of Foreign Affairs in Arynn Frey. To say her mother was unhappy was an understatement. She wanted her daughter to focus on the family and stay close to home. In Indie's mind though her new role would only increase the influence of her family, thereby benefiting them, even if in a different way than her mother may have wanted. So far she has excelled in her role, making herself known quickly among the Arynnites, especially those who frequent the palace there.
