HISTORY
Family: Mich Gale (Father), Daphne Grace (Mother), Lacey Gale (little sister)
Tale:
Finnegan "Tin" Gale as a lad was a dreamer, strapped with his commoner family he spent most of his days helping his father log wood. Though on the off chance where there was time to spare, Finnegan would make little wooden animal figurines out of the "spare" wood (cough, cough, stolen) for himself and little sister. This led to him developing a passion for toy making. Eventually after an inconvenient conversation with his father he started hosting little shows featuring his toys on the street. Gaining attraction and interest for his artistry he took a gander and started selling toys, of course using some "spare" wood before his father begrudgingly let him use the wood that Fin logged.
He would carve these wooden toys right in front of the customer's eyes (most being little kids) it was like he was creating a fairy tale. It was probably the only peace he knew from then as Lorendale was quite open with their "political disagreements" with other kingdoms. Carving toys led into a sort of business venture at his shoddy made stall. Suddenly, he had an audience and a story to tell. If no one fosters hope in these trying times, then what are we even doing in our lives?
Everyday he would perform toy shows, puppet shows, even shadow plays. While the coin everyday wasn't much, it at least helped out his family. He was so touched when his mother made miniature knitted clothes for his toy characters, and his little sister made flyers for his toy shows out of charcoal and crude drawings. Everyone called him a fool, that he was too old to play. It fuelled him to keep going because at least it made him feel alive rather than the lifeless labour he did. His life changed when a noble's daughter was enamoured with his toy show. Leading to the girl's family sponsoring him to continue making toys.
That sponsor changed his life.
Bring it to the present; Tin now is the proud owner of a toy store (name pending) which has amassed a collection of toys ranging from plush toys, wooden toys, even simple technical toys with wheels.
