Combat Experience: When Peter was a young kid he was fascinated by knights and so his father hired a tutor to teach him how to wield weapons. By the time he was 14 he was quite good at it and enjoyed spending time improving his physical strength and accuracy with a weapon. He learned street fighting and defense skills from his commoner friends and though he eventually dropped any desire of really wanting to be a knight, he’s got enough skill to hold his own against a random citizen wishing him ill will but he’s no real match for trained soldiers and warriors.

Tale:
Peter was the troublesome middle child of Richard and Mirela. He never seemed satisfied to just sit still and be quiet. He was always on the move, always asking questions, and always getting into trouble. He was just never content to be the well-behaving baron’s son that his parents wished him to be.

Growing bored with his lessons he was known for skipping them and not being found for hours, choosing to leave the house entirely and roam the streets of Loren instead. He found his crowd there, people he could relate to, and many of them were commoners.

It was during these years that one day, while rifling through his father’s belongings, he found evidence of the hush money that had been paid to Rose Melbourne. Rose had a child and Peter had a half brother. It took a little time to hunt him down but soon enough Peter had found Alaric and the two became fast friends.

With his commoner friends on the streets they taught him their ways and had a blast getting into trouble together. He got a rush of adrenaline when he began to pickpocket with them and he took up thieving as a hobby in his teenage years. There were many times he was almost caught but always managed to evade being found out and captured. Though after a particularly close call with a rather frightening gentleman, Peter decided to turn his attention to other kinds of hobbies.

Like brothels. As soon as he was old enough to enter the brothels, he and his friends became frequent visitors. The House of the Blessed was their favorite place to go and when the former owner passed away, Peter decided that this would be the perfect venture for him. He had so many ideas on how to make it truly great, to attract a higher end crowd, and to make his own money rather than relying on mommy and daddy to make his way. After all, they had threatened many times to cut him out of their will and access to the family finances. So he took over ownership, renamed it ‘The Treasure Trove’ and started to pay more attention to the high end political world as well. These were the people he wanted to become regular clients so he started to make a name for himself in those kinds of social circles and getting more involved where he found opportunities to do so.

It wasn’t too long before he found his opportunity. With the reopening of the Lord Steward position Peter found his chance. He approached the Queen and made his case and to his honor and delight, she agreed. Taking on the new Lord Steward position is one he intends to greatly succeed in.
