Winifred suggested to her to write a list of what she likes in a man. but if anything she learnt that she doesn't know what she like in a man. She fall for the same sort of man and she ends up back in the same position. So it is making her question the short of men she like. How can one person knew for certain what the sort of men she likes when they all end up breaken her heart. She knew it was partly her fault, she gave up fighting cause she alread thought she lost the fight with Castiel.
She also suggest to spend more time with her daughter. like she physically cannot spend more time with her daughter. She already spending every waking hour with her, If she spend more time with her daughter she wouldn't be able to get any sleep. Anyway she was in the lounge where Trixie was playing withsome toys and she was sat at a table near the window as she looked outside the window it was gloomy and wet. So she thought she try and make a start on the list. maybe it might help her try and work on herself more. Of course a part of her want to put tall, handsome. however she knew it more personality bae that she need to work on cause he can't change the way she looks, even though at times she wish she could.
She does need to stop doubting herself when everybody else seems to doubt her.

She mat the men out there in the real world. We are lucky if we get one of the 4 things let alone all of them and if we somehow did, they is something he want deep down and most of the times it means relations.
