The peace that formerly reigned in Terra Nova has eroded, now little more than a memory. War ravages the continent. Disputes divide kingdoms; ideals divide families. The quest for power consumes absolutely and indiscriminately. None are immune to its allure.
Who will rise and who will fall? Only time—and ambition—will tell.

Change in how times flows. Was 4 IC seasons, now only 2 IC seasons per 1 OOC year.
5 whole years of Heir Apparent goodness! When I started the site, I knew I was hunkering down for the long haul, but I never could have predicted the numerous twists and turns this roleplay site has seen. Hundreds of plots, characters, and members have come and gone, all leaving marks on the site. I am so very thankful for those who have invested. Because you keep coming back, keep getting on, and keep writing, Heir Apparent has the legacy it does today. Three cheers to us!

Azazel watched the girls leave with absolutely no information and stared after them for a long moment, imagining them naked together, before he turned back to his misty blobbed cousin. "So what now?" asked the nineteen year old. Sure, he'd been trained in destruction and battle and all those things since he could understand words but what were they supposed to be doing now that these sections of the walls were done. "Just keep walking? We have no idea how anyone else is doing."
The mist swirled and started moving southward. If they hadn't been picked up by Hiram yet than it was an easy assumption to make that there was still pieces of the wall left. "There are probably sections back towards the south not yet touched."
While blood bubble transport wasn't her favorite, it was certainly quick. If there were any soldiers still left at the wall section they arrived at Yeva would attack them with all her deadly limbs while her other cousins reigned down destruction, giggling like the demented girl she was.
Calliope would acknowledge the arrival of @bowen's man as she gave orders to Harbin to compile all the reports that they were able to get on the Eldouirs, knowing full well that it would be a multi-day project. But having those reports already set aside wpuld make it easier.
Should any soldiers on the southern wall have survived, if they reported the arrival of the Eldouirs then she would immediately give orders to fall back. The Blackwood had given her word that she wouldn't abandon those under her command and she would hold to it.

Without Arynnite troops to stop them, the Eldouir made short work of what was left of the wall. With @alistair ’s destructive power and @adeline ’s cutting ice it would take less than an hour for the rest of the structure to collapse. Once the task was complete, Hiram Eldouir would gather the four other Eldouir and teleport to @drystan and Azazel Eldouir to collect them. They would expect four, but find two—@myla and Elena Eldouir —missing.
Meanwhile, the Arynnites waited. They braced themselves for the possibility of an Eldouir attack as an unsettling silence fell over the cities.
The entirety of the Arynn Frey wall has fallen.
GUIDELINES
- As the troops have fallen back to the cities, we are out of CN. People may start spin-off threads or continue in this one. If combat starts up again I'll jump in. If not, I'll close this thread once it looks like things have wrapped. Thank you all!

”Alright,” Azazel said to Drystan. ”South it is.” His naked butt immediately started in the direction that he thought was south but was, in fact, north.
Once confirmed with Harbin that all the soldiers left alive were being taken care of, Calliope would leave orders for Harbin to contact her immediately with new developments. Hopefully it was only the wall and the refugees that were the target, and not the cities. For now, soldiers would be dispensed through the cities and then she would leave for the meeting that Akagi Llewellyn called for, having @bowen's man escort her.
If mist could form facial expressions, there would be a moment of complete and utter bemusement as Drystan watched Azazel Eldouir. But only for a moment. The mist thickened and pointed in the opposite direction.
"South is this way." And he would move that direction, herding Azazel if need be as they went.
And with that, it was over. The Eldouirs—or at least, those who’d waited for Hiram Eldouir—would be retrieved to go to wherever the head of the family would take them. A stunned silence would wrap itself around Arynn Frey as its citizens grappled with the material and human loss of the attack. For now, however, it would seem the dust had settled. Though within the palace, a new conflict had already begun…
