I'm strongly recommending @berengar for further training advancement in the intel/secret service branch. I've evaluated him on four separate occasions and found he has great potential in all four aspects.
1. 1st assessment: Average height weight coloration to blend into any crowd. Works well in both group settings and alone.
2. 2nd assessment: When directly confronted with a highly political topic he kept his opinions private and he subtly interrogated the questioner instead.
3. 3rd assessment: Problem solving skills are 10/10 and he's far smarter than he allows most to see without closer inspection.
4. 4th assessment: Physical and mental stimulus applied (contextual, focal, residual) to 3 simultaneous multiple skill adaptations. Highest function levels I've ever evaluated.
Further notations:
Stormcrest is an underutilized asset of extreme intelligence and exceptional problem solving capabilities, but prefers to stay low profile. He's skilled at working in crowds, managing clean up after incidents with an independent mindset and excels at solo, unsupervised tasks. He has numerous contacts within every branch of Nevermere, including the Dresmondi, Zervran. There's not one person Stormcrest hasn't interacted with within the military and even among nobles. His intelligence and contact networks are already extremely extensive. Any advancement of Stormcrest should and would of course be kept purely to top classified documentation only.
