The peace that formerly reigned in Terra Nova has eroded, now little more than a memory. War ravages the continent. Disputes divide kingdoms; ideals divide families. The quest for power consumes absolutely and indiscriminately. None are immune to its allure.
Who will rise and who will fall? Only time—and ambition—will tell.

Arynnite armor: The armor have two states: active and inactive. When inactive, they look like little more than ornate metal bracers, easily ignored. When triggered, the armor covers Tybalt and serves as an exoskeleton. It will protect its wearer from physical damage and is practically indestructible.
The armor has a certain "preprogrammed" purpose which is to protect its host. To do so, it reacts to heightened emotional states such as fear and anger, at which point the armor will trigger regardless of whether or not Tybalt wants it to or even if he's immediately aware of the threat. It has some degree of awareness and sentience although very basic and one which struggles to differentiate between enemies and friends. Whilst not actually in possession of a will, the armor can guide or direct its host in a specific action, much like a reflex.
The armor needs to be "fed" as Tybalt has discovered meaning that he must hold and absorb through touch certain metals such as steel, copper, iron and tin, a process which takes a few minutes. Without which, the armor will begin to weaken and become less effective until no longer able to manifest.
Perhaps its greatest weakness is that if being consistently bashed or beaten, it would begin to repair itself by using parts of the armor from elsewhere. For instance, if the wearer is being consistently hit in the chest, the armor will begin to pool away from other parts of their body such as the feet and hands, leaving them vulnerable.

Everything would depend on Honora's hold over the commander, how quickly, if at all, he was able to shake it off.
If he was, Tybalt would rush forwards, doing everything that he could to bridge the distance between himself, and the group about to disappear. He would draw his sword, as his armor spread over his body. Did he think that he was going to achieve much? Probably not if he was being honest. At the very most, Tybalt might hope to distract Hiram, and give the others some time to rescue the queen.
Tybalt would rush forward, but would not reach the group before they were swallowed up and gone. With the Allemeade’s hold on the crowd lifted, the standing nobles and palace staff would start to react with genuine horror at what had just occurred. Some would cling to one another, others would start to flee. Those who made it from the throne room, if they were not stopped, would know that the queen was gone.
NOTE: The CN is now over! I'm going to drop another Augustus reply in to have him exit, Novamoon, you're welcome to do the same with Tybalt before we close this puppy up!

There was a moment of silence before the chaos took hold. Augustus would move to action and start to deliver orders as he moved to Tybalt.
"Seal the palace. See that all are made comfortable but none leave: the last thing we need is a national panic." Once the news left the palace, they'd have no way to get ahead of it. The queen was gone, but the entire kingdom need not know. "I want guards and soldiers in every hall and room of this palace. Any stationed in the city should be put on high alert. If there is so much as a wiff of gifted rabble-rousing, I want it dealt with swiftly and harshly."
"Someone locate Scout Kane, and my wife," Augustus said to a nearby messenger before speaking to another, "And send riders to Arynn Frey at once."

Tybalt would let out a cry of rage as he rushed forwards, only to encounter thin air as their enemies fled. The commander's head snapped around, looking for the faintest hint of their enemies. Nothing, they had vanished as quickly as they had arrived. Was it ungentlemanly, and a show of a lack of restraint which he would usually have been ashamed of? Certainly, but the man had been, as he saw it humiliated, and the young queen whom he had watched grow up had been taken. He definitely wasn't in the calmest of states of mind.
The commander would turn to face Augustus Rainecourt as the man spoke to him. He was the last remaining Rainecourt in the room right now, which as far as an old solider like Tybalt was concerned, made him the defacto boss, at least until Cassian showed up. They should pray that that didn't take very long.
"It will be done." The man glanced around the palace. "We may already be too late for secrecy however..." Since the Eldouir had turned up, the palace had been evacuated. Those within its walls had been being hurried outside to prevent them from becoming collateral damage, the time it took for the opposite order to reach the guards, some of those who were currently fleeing might well have been able to find their way into the city.
"I'll do what I can to regain some control of the situation outside the palace." Tybalt promised. "If you need me, you have only to call."
[Exit Tybalt]
