This was no small request and it was one that Sylas had mixed feelings about. Arynn Frey had not shared enchantments this much with anyone else as they had in the last few years and it still felt unnatural to be making an enchantment for another kingdom. Still, it was a kingdom they wanted to have a good relationship and Sylas was tired of the lack of development in his kingdom for so long. Maybe this change would be a good thing. Maybe it would be a terrible thing. But at least it would serve to make things exciting.

So he had started to work on the item right away, starting with study as he always did. What would be the best materials to use and any other crafters of anchors who could make the item as beautiful as Sylas would make it functional.

Enchantment: The Anchorage of Skia

Item to be created: an enchanted anchor set with the largest sapphire stone from the kingdom of Nevermere that encompasses the strong soul of a former renowned enchanter who donated his soul before his passing. 150 other diamonds soul gems encrusted throughout the anchor aid in the power of this enchantment, its function is to prevent teleportation into the city of Skia by any magical means without the possession of Portal Keys (King Cassian/Akagi Llewellyn/Iliana Rainecourt/Ophelia Rainecourt). The anchor will be housed and protected at the King of Nevermere's discretion, the sapphire will then be set within the anchor turning the anchor on forever, a faint blue glow like blue flames will emit from the anchor but the working enchantment will practically be invisible in its functionality one will just not be able to teleport within the boundaries of Skia.

The Saga item to be created is a jade gemstone that when slid into an empty socket will activate a protective dome around Skia.
