Hadrian would send out the orders to Amelia Irving , Octavius Wulfbrand , and Zarha Sliva : all of them would accompany him to Coheed. Amelia as his personal protection, Octavius as his assistant, and Zarha as the center of his whole reason for going. There was an investigation underway, started by Vesper Delvaux , and Hadrian would put boots on the ground to see it to the end. Amelia was an obvious choice given her skill, Octavius an unconventional one...on the surface. Octavius had, if the reports from his superiors could be believed, not entirely recovered from his transformation at the ball. Hadrian could only imagine the guilt the boy must carry, and perhaps it was Hadrian's own guilt that motivated him to bring the boy.

If witches were being victimized by Coheedsman, it would be put to a stop immediately. Even one witch—Zarha—was too many. And if there were more? They would pay. All of them.
